Home to some of the best preserved archaeological sites in the region, Tulum is part of the Riviera Maya and is located less than two hours from the Cancun International Airport. There are buses that leave directly from the Cancun airport to Tulum or Playa del Carmen, in case you plan to take a day trip to one of the cenotes, lagoons or archaeological sites that are in the surroundings.
